|This is an original 1940s GPO British black bakelite telephone. It has been converted and can be used today in the UK and all over the world. They were also called the #300 series. This telephone has a serial number or GPO stamped under the handset. It is in excellent condition for its age. It has a 'cheese tray' drawer that pulls out from the base of the phone with a tray card for your personal telephone numbers. This telephone is the best example of a British 300 series telephone. The phone is 15 cm wide, 19 cm in breath and stands 15 cm tall.
Please note that this is an original phone from the 1940s, and will have some wear and tear.
